BYARUHANGA
PROFILE
Born on 1st
March 1987 Buremba, Kanungu, Uganda is a currently pursuing a Master of Public
Policy and Good Governance, majoring in Democratic Governance and Civil Society, University
of Osnabrueck, Germany. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Public Administration
and Management (Uganda Christian University) and completed an Administrative
Officers Law Course at the Uganda Law Development Centre in 2011.
Julius is a Founding
Member, and Pioneer Secretary General of Africa Challenge Foundation a Youth
led Voice on Matters of Integrity and Good Governance and Accountable
leadership in Uganda. Until recently, Julius has worked as the Director General
and Policy Analyst.
Julius is an activist
for Good Governance and Public Service delivery. He has been part of the leadership
teams for at least two National Integrity Surveys in Uganda with an objective
of Promoting Leaders of Integrity as Role models in Governance under Africa
Challenge Foundation. He has taken part in Coordinating and Organizing regional
and National Conferences on Good Governance and Integrity in Uganda as a Leader
at Africa Challenge Foundation. Julius has been one of the Brains behind most
Policies, contributing greatly to building Administrative and Professional
systems of Africa Challenge Foundation.
Julius has been a
leader in his school life and in Local community and Church youth programs. He
has written a number of reports and done a number of Researches both as an
individual and with other Organizations and individuals. He has developed a
forum blog on Service Deliver in Developing Countries to gather ideas of all
people on how service delivery can be improved (www.psddc.blogspot.com).
