This Blog intends not only to be a solution but also a learning ground to share ideas on how best we can work together to improve our Countries' Service delivery levels by all means! We have always yearned to have better services not only in our homes but also all over around us in our Countries! Now it is our time to make it happen! This blog dwells more on Developing countries the only reason being; Good Service Delivery is more needed there than anywhere.

Service delivery in developing countries has for long been a very big problem and a dilemma irrespective of the efforts put to improve it. This information in the blog reviews the need for efficient and effective service delivery in developing countries. It looks at some constraints of service delivery and opportunities out of those problems considering the economic state of the world’s developing countries. With some case studies, it shows how service delivery is handled in developing countries and how it can be improved. It was out of concern that the author thought of trying to provide information and knowledge gathered from all spheres and scholarly knowledge to ensure that some literature on how service delivery in developing countries can be improved and put to practice. If service delivery in developing countries can be improved, then the political, social and economic problems that arise in DCs will be no more. Therefore, this serves to give means on how through many processes, service delivery can be improved by joint effort!
